HELP & ADVICE
This is a CONFIDENTIAL way to stop YOU or a FRIEND or SOMEONE you have seen SUFFERING..
We Care, Value, Challenge
Through experiences gained we recognise that the well-being and academic achievement of the majority of young people is significantly accelerated by addressing the root causes of behavioural, emotional, social difficulties, and without this some young people simply cannot access education. Inclusion has many forms but one principle, the right of a person to have the same opportunities and respect as anyone else.
We find pleasure through succeeding in our learning: building skills, knowledge and understanding. We actively promote our belief that each child and adult feel valued for their own personal worth and contribution.

Eltham Head Teachers Welcome
It is a pleasure to welcome you to Serenity School Eltham and our school website. As an all-through SEMH and ASD Special School, we are pleased that we can offer our students a safe, stimulating and creative environment, set in open fields. Our students benefit from an academic and therapeutic curriculum which enables them to feel accepted, nurtured and able to take on challenges. The curriculum is broad and balanced and provides excellent opportunities for all students to excel by taking ‘stepping-stones to milestones’ in all aspects of their learning. This is underpinned by our principles to encourage our students to look after themselves, each other, their learning, their school, community and our world as well as their future.
We are firm believers that students learn best through exploration, therefore we provide these opportunities through our therapeutic curriculum which is bespoke for each child to demonstrate our care, value and commitment to their achievements. These therapeutic keys enable the students to unlock their academic potential to enable them to graduate from our school as empowered citizens.
We are committed to equality and inclusion and have an unwavering commitment to safeguard and promote the welfare of all students in a stimulating environment.
Please feel free to book a visit to tour our creative and inspiring school to see for yourself the excellent teaching and learning opportunities available to all students; regardless of their abilities and needs, all succeed.
