Investor In Me Programme

About the Programme

At Serenity School, we are committed to developing the whole child or young person. Our holistic approach to education is embodied in the Socio-Education Model, which ensures that pupils acquire the skills and qualifications needed for success in life in modern Britain.

As part of this commitment, we have developed the ‘Investor in Me’ Programme, our unique character education initiative designed to inspire self-development and growth.

How It Works

The ‘Investor in Me’ Programme is a self-directed development journey for every pupil. Each year, pupils work towards achieving Gold, Silver, or Bronze medals. The programme is inclusive and aspirational, tailored to all learners, including those with SEND, regardless of their starting points or prior access to education.

Key Features Include:

  • The Daily and Weekly Rewards: A range of incentives to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Personalised Prizes: Pupils select their rewards for achieving their chosen medal, adding a meaningful and personal touch.
Pupils Aim For:
  • Gold Award: The highest level of achievement, representing exceptional personal investment.
  • Silver Award: A significant milestone showcasing dedication to growth.
  • Bronze Award: A commendable start to the journey of self-improvement.

By following the programme, pupils invest in their own growth while aligning with the Serenity School Values. (Explore the KPI chart to see how Gold, Silver, and Bronze are achieved!)

Mission and Values

The mission of the ‘Investor in Me’ Programme is simple: To inspire pupils to invest in themselves.

Through active participation and commitment to the programme, pupils develop a greater appreciation for their own worth and potential.

In summary, the more pupils get involved in the Investor in Me Programme and work on their own personal journey, the greater the alignment with Serenity School Values:

  1. We look after ourselves.
  2. We look after each other.
  3. We look after our learning.
  4. We look after our school, community, and world.
  5. We look after our future.

Let us inspire the next generation to invest in themselves and their future.
